Where is Peru located ?
Officially called as the republic of Peru, this country is located in southwestern America, it is bordered by Ecuador and Colombia to the north and on the east by Brazil. To the west is the Pacific Ocean, on the south is Chile while on the southeast is Bolivia. Thus informed, it should be easy to find Peru in world map.
Although Peru is in the tropics just like her neighbors, her weather is influenced a great deal by the Andes Mountains and other high altitude areas in the country. This makes Peru enjoy a diversity of climatic changes throughout the year and makes it a great country to visit in summer, winter, spring or autumn. Its ideal location makes activities like mining, agriculture, fishing and manufacturing of textiles prominent.
